Our Staged Approach

Stage One – INITIAL ENGAGEMENT

We initiate the process with a complimentary discussion to understand the client’s needs and assess the potential for success. This includes reviewing available materials and an initial qualification.

Stage Two – QUALIFICATION

We conduct a thorough review of the business proposal, examining its plan and people. This stage involves NDAs, a review of the business plan, initial data collection, due diligence, and a qualification assessment.

Stage Three – THE RAISE

This stage, spanning 3-4 months, involves developing marketing materials, data rooms, and investor presentation coaching. We guide clients through the rigorous process of gaining investor commitment.


Funding Process and Terms

INITIAL Review

The initial review, crucial for our results-focused fee structure, involves a discussion supported by client materials.

There is no charge for this phase.

ENGAGEMENT

Upon mutual agreement to proceed, we initiate a thorough review process, which includes a review of pertinent materials and conducting meetings with key stakeholders.

Then, drawing from over 20 years of proven success in facilitating funding rounds, we offer a critical and insightful analysis. Leveraging this extensive experience, we outline a tailored strategy aimed at identifying potential funders or investors best suited to your specific needs and objectives.


Fee Structure

Engagement Fee

  • £0 – £5 million: £1,000 + tax
  • £5 – £10 million: £2,000 + tax
  • £10 million +: £3,000 + tax
    The engagement fee is reimbursed against the success fee.

Service Fee

This fee, if required, reflects the level of preparation work, spread across a pre-agreed timeframe, typically no more than three months. All fees are pre-agreed with the client.

Success Fee (Charged on Total Funds Raised)

Equity:

  • £0 – £5 million: 6%
  • £5 – £10 million: 4%
  • £10 – £30 million: 2%
  • £30 million +: 1%

Debt:

  • £0 – £5 million: 5%
  • £5 – £10 million: 3%
  • £10 million +: 1%

RHF Capital

RHF HuntFunding, in collaboration with our investors, provides investment and funding support for SMEs. This initiative, called RHFCapital, aims to empower companies by providing essential capital for growth, acquisitions, and other business endeavors.

Investor Criteria:

  • Post-Revenue: Companies that have achieved revenue generation.
  • Two Years of Trading: A track record of at least two years in business.
  • Breakeven or Profitable Performance
  • Annual Turnover Exceeding £1 Million
  • All Sectors Considered

Beyond Equity Investment:

  • Short-Term Loans: Investors also offer short-term financing support solutions tailored to SMEs.
  • Company Acquisition Options: Investors may consider company acquisitions on a cash and deferred basis.
