Care for the child, there for the family 

Julia’s House is not a typical children’s hospice. We provide practical and emotional support for families caring for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, providing frequent and regular support in their own homes, in the community or at our hospices.

We provide regular respite, social activities and complementary therapies completely free of charge to our families.  We have to raise 95% of the money we need each year – just five percent of our funding comes from the NHS.

Price points

£1000: Could pay for a weekday hospice session for five children to enjoy cuddles, play and fun in a safe, warm and loving environment.

£11,000: Could enable a child nearing the end of their life to come out of hospital and be supported by our nurses at home in familiar, comforting surroundings with their family, favourite toys and pets.
