TAX RETURN (if employed or a director) – £150 BBX
All documents for this period
• P60/P45/P11d if employed
• Any dividend vouchers if applicable
• Spreadsheet or books if prepared
• Any expenses incurred during employment
Supporting documentation to include:
• Bank statements
• Sales and purchase invoices/receipts
• Cheque books and paying in books
• Copies of VAT returns
• Any payroll information
TAX RETURN (SOLE TRADER) – £200 BBX
All documents for this period
• Spreadsheet or books if prepared
Supporting documentation to include:

• Sales and purchase invoices/receipts
• Cheque books and paying in books
• Copies of VAT returns
PAYROLL – £20 per hour (1 hour for each process) BBX
• PAYE and Accounts office reference numbers
Details of each employee to include:
• Full name and address, date of birth, National Insurance number
• Whether paid weekly or monthly
• How much per hour, day, week or month
• Dependant on the payment frequency – we require an email to list each employees hours
PENSION PROCESSING SERVICES – By discussion
CONFIRMATION STATEMENT – £35 BBX
Includes the Companies House filing fee
• Confirmation of all directors, their titles with full names and addresses
• Shareholders with full names and addresses
• Confirmation of the registered company address
STATUTORY ACCOUNTS – £350 BBX
All documents for the period
• Bank statements
• Sales and purchase invoices/receipts
• Cheque books and paying in books
• Copy of VAT returns if applicable
• Any payroll information
BOOKKEEPING SERVICES – £20 per hour BBX
We will prepare and produce bookkeeping records if your annual accounts are completed by an external accountant
• All bank statements for the period

• Sales and purchase invoices/receipts issued
ORDER FROM CHAOS – £20 per hour BBX
We can also put your paperwork in order if you prefer. Allowing you to run your business rather than spend hours trying to make sense of all the documents

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO VAT
We can take on over 10 hours a week payable on BBX, this is subject to availability of course.
